For students with dyslexia or literacy struggles
Sessions: 60 to 120 minutes, 2–5x per week
Recommended starting point: 3x/week, with a potential drop to 2x/week
Before tutoring starts:
A thorough student assessment (see below)
Follow-up: detailed report and family meeting
We review strengths and challenges, then develop an intervention plan.

Student Assessments
For parents or schools unsure of a child’s progress, we provide assessments that:
examine reading, writing, spelling, and handwriting
the process includes:
1.5 to 2-hour assessment
preparation of a report (1.5 to 2 hours)
1.0 hour presentation of findings
Follow-up parent meeting to review (total = ~4 to 5 hours)
Parent Advocacy Classes
What We Teach parents:
How to support a child through direct instruction and social-emotional strategies
Legal rights in relation to dyslexia and education
Tax benefits available with a dyslexia diagnosis
